Project 16:49 is a local non-profit organization serving Rock County’s unaccompanied homeless youth ages 14 to 24 — primarily high school students. We believe every young person deserves an opportunity to succeed. To that end, Project 16:49 offers access to the services and support these youth need to complete their high school education, increase their self-sufficiency, and prepare for independent living.
